Eligibility for Returns
We offer a 30-day return policy. If 30 days have passed since your purchase, unfortunately, we cannot offer you a refund or exchange.
To be eligible for a return, your item must meet the following conditions:
- Unused Condition: The item must be unused and in the same condition as when you received it.
- Original Packaging: The item must be in its original packaging, including all tags, labels, and accessories.
Certain items are exempt from returns, including:
- Perishable goods (e.g., food, flowers).
- Personal care items, intimate or sanitary products.
- Hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases.
- Digital downloads, software, gift cards, newspapers, magazines, or opened media (e.g., CDs, DVDs, video games).
- Items marked as "final sale" or purchased during special promotions.
Partial Refunds
In some cases, only partial refunds may be granted if:
- The item shows signs of use or is not in its original condition.
- The item is returned more than 30 days after delivery.
- The item is damaged, missing parts, or altered due to reasons not caused by our error.
How to Initiate a Return

Refund Process

- If approved, your refund will be processed and automatically applied to your original payment method within a few business days.

Items on Sale
Only regular-priced items are eligible for refunds. Unfortunately, sale items or items purchased during special promotions are non-refundable.
Exchanges
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need an exchange, please contact us at info@modern4you.com with details about the issue.
Gift Returns
If the item was marked as a gift during purchase and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once we receive the returned item, we will send you a gift certificate.
If the item was not marked as a gift or the purchaser requested the item be sent to them first, we will issue the refund to the original purchaser.
Shipping Costs
Customers are responsible for the cost of returning items. If your refund is approved, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund amount.
